At Alkarim Tex, we are committed to providing premium-quality men's fabrics and a reliable shopping experience. We carefully inspect our products before dispatch to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition.

Because our products are primarily unstitched fabrics, customers are requested to inspect their order carefully before cutting, stitching, washing, altering or otherwise modifying the fabric.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The fabric must not have been cut, stitched, washed, altered or damaged.

• The original packaging should be retained where possible.

• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

• Proof of purchase or order details must be provided.

Products that have been cut, stitched, washed, altered or otherwise used after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please send us:

• Your order number

• Your name and contact number

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs showing the issue or damage

After reviewing the issue, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind about an order, the product must still meet all return conditions stated above.

Return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return may be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Products

A product may not be accepted for return if:

• It has been cut or stitched.

• It has been washed or used.

• It has been altered or damaged by the customer.

• It has been intentionally damaged or misused.

• It is returned outside the applicable return period.

• The product is missing or materially damaged from its original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers requesting a return should contact Alkarim Tex before sending the product back.

For an incorrect, damaged or defective item caused by Alkarim Tex, we will review the case and determine the appropriate return shipping arrangement.

For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Do not send a product back without contacting us first.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

The time required for the refund to reach you can depend on the payment method, bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accepted where the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it and the applicable return procedure may apply.

Color Disclaimer

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions and photography.

Minor variations in color or appearance that result from screen or lighting differences may not be considered a product defect.
